In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home. Your tasks will include cleaning resident living spaces, common areas, and offices, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both residents and staff. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards are essential as you contribute to the overall well-being of our community.

While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not essential. We value excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a positive, friendly attitude. A commitment to providing high-quality care and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment is crucial.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining resident living spaces, common areas, and offices.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the management team.
• Using and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.

We offer a permanent, full-time position with a pay rate of £11.25 per hour. The expected work schedule is Monday to Friday, with a total of 40 hours per week. Proficiency in English is required, and prior cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
