The IT Intern will provide daily support to the office while shadowing IT Analysts. Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Windows Server 2016 and enterprise applications installation and support
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange 365, Windows Server 2016, Active Directory, and Networking fundamentals is advantageous
- Desired skills include experience with CAD/Engineering applications, MCP, A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA Certification
- Ability to configure and utilize mobile devices such as iPads and smartphones
- Proficient in installing new printers, copiers, plotters, and other office equipment
- Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills
- Strong aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Willingness to travel to other offices within the region as needed.
