Job Description:
As a Relief Support Worker at Creative Support, you will be part of a professional and dedicated local staff team. Your role will involve providing high-quality, person-centered care to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity, and ensuring they lead inclusive lives within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to clients
- Assist with daily living needs such as personal care, household duties, and medication management
- Encourage healthy living and engagement with the local community
- Report any changes or concerns regarding clients to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of care and support provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Must attend mandatory induction courses before beginning shift work
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Genuine care for the welfare of others
- Must be located in and eligible to work within the UK
- Not open to Sponsorship under the UKVI scheme
- Cannot accept applicants currently on a Skilled Worker Visa seeking secondary employment
