Key Responsibilities:
- Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
- Serve as a positive role model, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with young people to develop intervention strategies promoting pro-social behavior.
- Fulfill the role of key worker for children and young people.
- Organize and participate in leisure activities in alignment with care and placement plans.
- Work as part of a team and provide support to less experienced staff in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Engage in relevant training programs as required by governing regulations, guidance, and company standards.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 diploma for Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- Possess a full UK driving license.
