Job Description The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to secure sponsorships for the company’s global events. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships to generate new business opportunities. The position is fully remote, with occasional visits to the London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global strategy to drive business growth.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with the company’s target markets.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance by collaborating with legal and finance teams.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and maximize partner visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Detect and capitalize on new business opportunities through partner collaboration.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar events sales role, particularly in delegate or sponsorship sales, preferably within B2B sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets.

Compensation:

  • Salary of up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
