This part-time role, based in Canterbury, Kent, offers the chance to work in one of the largest hospital trusts in England, which serves a local population of approximately 800,000 people.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team environment, providing essential support to ensure the continuity of our services. Your tasks will include organizing and maintaining both paper-based and electronic systems, managing a shared team mailbox, and covering relevant tasks as needed. You will be responsible for exchanging routine information that can sometimes be complex or sensitive, and for maintaining effective communication with various individuals, groups, and departments.
