Workman Activate is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Placemaking team as a Social Media Assistant. This hands-on role involves implementing personalized digital marketing plans for a diverse range of client properties.

About the Role

The Destination Marketing service specializes in integrated marketing programs aimed at driving footfall, increasing spending, and fostering connections with the local community. As part of the team, you will work closely with internal property managers and onsite staff to organize, facilitate, and execute marketing activities for properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Creating social media content plans for various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Thinking creatively to generate innovative ideas.
  • Posting and monitoring daily content on social media platforms and analyzing data to report back to clients.
  • Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Developing social media channels and utilizing content management systems such as Hootsuite, WordPress, and others.

Additional Duties

  • Creating and delivering e-newsletters.
  • Growing consumer databases for future projects.
  • Utilizing web analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with tools like Content Cal, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva is desirable.
