About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment for our residents. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality.
- Supporting residents in all activities within the home setting.
- Providing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to promote well-being and independence.
