Responsibilities/Overview of Role
- Provide Quality Care: Deliver high-quality care and outreach support services to individuals we support.
- Coordinate Care Packages: Track hours delivered and manage the banking hours system.
- Plan New Opportunities: Research, plan, and scope out new activities and opportunities.
- Key Worker Services: Discuss support needs, identify risks, and complete support plans and risk assessments.
- Community Integration: Connect individuals with community opportunities.
- Record Keeping: Create care plans, risk assessments, and activity planners.
- Partnership and Networking: Work collaboratively with families and health professionals.
- Support Worker Guidance: Provide advice, support, and direction to support workers, including shift management when directed.
- Clinical Leadership: Lead clinical areas of operational delivery as requested.
- Team Support: Work across one floating support team.
- Assessment and Referral: Contribute to the assessment and referral process.
- Package Management: Manage a group of care packages, liaising with stakeholders and managing staff.

- Decision Making: Uphold the rights of individuals to be involved at all levels of decision making.
- Respect: Always respect the wishes of those we support.
- Safety and Reporting: Raise any concerns about safety to a line manager and report any gaps in care or support provided.
- Daily Task Allocation: Assign daily work tasks to support workers as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- New Worker Support: Provide information, support, and mentoring to new support workers.
- Cooperative Work: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
- Ambassadorship: Represent Robin Specialist Autism Service with professionalism.
- Respect and Dignity: Treat the people we support and their families with dignity and respect.
- Adherence to Conduct: Follow the code of conduct and all policies and procedures.
- Safety and Responsibility: Take personal responsibility for the safety of self and others, respecting confidentiality and commercial sensitivity.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with all legal and regulatory responsibilities.
- Record Interventions: Document day-to-day care and support activities accurately.
- Health and Safety: Follow health and safety policies and report concerns to a line manager.
- Safeguarding: Respond appropriately to risk and report safeguarding, accidents, and incidents as per policy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 10 – 38 per week
