How You’ll Make a Difference:

As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for developing content for various organizational initiatives and needs, transforming ideas across different channels and media.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Content Manager and wider content team to create content with the PMI voice for different customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and execute new content ideas addressing audience needs.
  • Create instructional content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, AI tools for voiceovers, Miro for conceptualizing, and Adobe XD and Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Focus on proactive storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Provide support for fellow content team members, including proofing materials, posting content on digital channels, and producing analytics reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment on messaging and content approach.
  • Develop content project plans and assure deadlines are met, working cross-functionally.
  • Initiate, develop, and direct implementation of content via various channels.
  • Post content, evaluate performance, and make necessary tweaks.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with PMI brand standards.

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • Strong organization, planning, and management skills with the ability to think ahead.
  • Knowledge of project management and technical media delivery channels.
  • Experience in designing and implementing conferences and live learning events.
  • Knowledge of layout, typography, graphic design, video editing, Articulate Storyline, instructional design, and UX/UI design.
