As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of various data-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Incorporating different files published every minute, hour, and day.
• Transferring data from low to high classification environments with proper guards.
• Making data files available for download to groups running other instances.
• Bug fixing, database, and file management, infrastructure management, and user support.
• Regular patching of Nominatim and Overpass API to support cloud-based deployment.
• Overlaying customer patches onto the evolving open-source codebase.
• Supporting users using Overpass query language, providing assistance and guidance.

Technology Requirements:

• 6+ years of Software Development experience.
• Working knowledge and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with programming languages such as C++, JavaScript, Python.
• Preferred experience working with container technologies (Docker and/or Kubernetes).
• Preferred experience working in AWS environments utilizing tools such as EC2, ECS, S3.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
