The Data Analyst role presents a unique opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in data management and analysis. Responsibilities include extracting, cleaning, and interpreting large amounts of data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and support the development of high-quality SaaS products. Main Duties
- Extract data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganize this data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends and patterns valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
- Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to implement and refine data collection techniques.
- Assist in the design and implementation of databases and data collection systems.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics activities.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of industry developments and advancements in data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
