As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch patient care, often being the first point of contact for patients. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and professional patient-centered care, respecting privacy and dignity.
- Assist patients with personal care, hygiene, and sanitary needs.
- Support patients with their nutritional needs, ensuring assistance is provided at mealtimes.
- Accurately document food and fluid intake and output as per the patient’s care plan.
- Aid in skin and pressure area care to prevent pressure ulcers.
- Help patients with safe mobilization and utilize appropriate equipment to minimize injury risks.
- Support rehabilitation and therapeutic activities as needed.
- Assist nursing staff in taking and recording vital signs.
- Communicate any changes in the patient’s condition to the nurse or midwife in charge.

Main Duties
- Maintain high standards of patient-centered care.
- Assist patients with personal care and hygiene.
