Qualifications and Education
Essential Criteria
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent clinical experience with children and young people.
- GCSE Mathematics and English at grade C or above, or equivalent numeracy and literacy skills.
Desirable Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential Criteria
- Significant experience working with children and families, including those with health needs.
- Basic understanding of nursing care organisation.
- Awareness of confidentiality concepts and applications.

- Experience in a healthcare setting, especially paediatric outpatient care.
