Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of commercial conveyancers.
- Oversee and manage the team’s caseload.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain high transaction quality.
- Identify and address training needs within the team.
- Assist the team in meeting KPIs and performance targets.
