About the Role

The Female Home Carer will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, enabling them to live independently and fully. This role is vital in ensuring that clients’ needs, wishes, and choices are respected and fulfilled. The position requires working on a shift basis, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends across all service areas in East Suffolk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care and domestic support to clients
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life
  • Work with individuals with complex needs, including driving their accessible vehicles
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in regular meetings and training

This role is open only to female applicants due to the specific needs of the clients being supported. The position is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not offered.
