Marsh McLennan is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, is searching for a Business & Data Analyst to join their Marsh Data Services (MDS) team serving the Operations and Technology business unit
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing and prospective data systems to support business transformations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems and deliver data-driven solutions
- Perform data analysis, interpretation, and comparisons to support various business needs
- Define data transformations, perform mappings, and guide IT teams on data integration.
- Collaborate with business and operational stakeholders for user testing and data validation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, data management, and business process management
- Experience working with business and operations to understand their needs and outcomes
- Experience with relevant data tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with agile software development life cycle
