Job Description

Right at Home Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking dedicated Caregivers to support vulnerable adults in the local community who need care and assistance in their own homes. With the rising cost of living, they offer flexible hours to accommodate varying schedules, allowing Caregivers to provide essential care while managing their personal commitments. The role involves personal care, administering medication, assisting with daily activities, and more. Full training and ongoing support are provided to ensure Caregivers are confident and comfortable in their roles. Shifts are available from 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: £10.75 – £11.00
• Additional mileage pay
• Increased pay for additional care calls (£1 extra per hour for up to 10 hours per week, £2 extra for 11+ hours per week)

Duties

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
• Providing personal care and administering medication
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping and housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Taking Clients to appointments or outings
