Role Overview:
As a Children’s Care Assistant, you will support our younger customers in a respectful and empowering manner. Your duties will involve traveling to the customer’s home and assisting with daily tasks as agreed upon by the customer and Caremark. The support you provide will be similar to what a family member would offer, ensuring a personal and caring approach.
Principal Responsibilities:
Your role will include helping customers with tasks such as:
- Assisting with personal care
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Prompting with medication
- Supporting daily routines
- Providing respite services
- Socializing and participating in leisure activities
- Helping customers access the community
