Job Description

Concentrix is seeking an Experience Design Lead to understand and transform the customer journey. The ideal candidate will conduct extensive customer and employee research, produce personas and journey maps, and design future state experiences that resonate with customers and clients alike. They will also build trusted client relationships and develop analytic approaches for consulting projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years in user experience research, design research, or product research
  • 5+ years in Design Thinking workshops and conducting research interviews
  • Experience with digital solutions like omni-channel, self-service, AI bots, etc.
  • BA/BS degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Sociology, Anthropology, HCI, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Market Research, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Figma and Mural
  • Preferred: Master or PhD degree in relevant fields and Design Thinking Certification
