What We Are Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least two years of experience in domiciliary care or as a Field Care Supervisor.
• A flexible approach to work hours to effectively support your team.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
