The Role: Food & Beverage Supervisor
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class dining experiences to our members and guests. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits including free parking and relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring top-notch service and quality.
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation through meticulous preparation and organization.
- Mentor and develop a close-knit food and beverage team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
- Hold regular training sessions on new techniques and standards of service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create unique and memorable experiences for members and guests.
- Ensure all dining areas are impeccably maintained, with clean and polished linens, cutlery, crockery, and glasses.
- Engage with members, building relationships and ensuring each visit is special.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the luxury sector, whether in a 4- or 5-star hotel or an award-winning restaurant.
- A passion for luxury service and crafting unforgettable experiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver a warm, casual luxury experience.
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude, with a genuine interest in people.
