Job Overview
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB), the largest health organisation in Wales, is seeking a dedicated Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to join its District Nursing Service in the Conwy Locality. This role involves assisting registered nurses in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, both in urban and rural settings.

Main Duties
- Assist registered nurses/practitioners in delivering patient care as outlined in nursing care plans.
- Provide direct care, ensuring patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Travel between patients’ homes to deliver timely and efficient care.
- Work collaboratively within a team and independently, ensuring adherence to care protocols.
- Promote dignity, respect, and equality in all interactions with patients and their families.
