About the Role

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is offering a new and exciting opportunity as a Band 2 Health Care Support Worker at Serenity Path Hospital in Winchester. This role involves working within a re-modelled Tier 4 CAMHS inpatient service, specializing in acute mental health problems and eating disorders in young people aged 12-18.

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical and psychological care to service users in accordance with clinical care plans.
Work closely with service users, their families, friends, and carers to ensure a positive and supportive experience.
Accurately record patient/service user information and provide support to relatives/carers.

Requirements

Essential: Numeracy and Literacy Skills Level 2 (GCSE grade A – C) and Level 2 Computer Literacy Qualification (e.g., ECDL or equivalent).
Commitment to Lifelong Learning.
Ability to work various shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
