About the Role

As a Product Field Engineer, your primary role will be to support complex technical resolutions related to advanced power products, including batteries, fuel cells, chargers, energy storage systems, and electric drives. The goal is to ensure that customers experience the reliability, durability, and availability expected from the Caterpillar brand. You will work across various applications, from Resource and Construction Industries to Electric Power, Oil and Gas, and Marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and repurpose electrification products.
  • Perform live electrical work on batteries.
  • Assist dealer personnel with troubleshooting and technical inquiries.
  • Manage spare parts, tools, and Personal Protection Equipment on-site.
  • Provide support for regional industry shows and proving ground events.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by staying updated on new technologies.
