This internship at Trimble sounds like an amazing opportunity for anyone interested in geospatial technology. Getting hands-on experience with stuff like photogrammetry and GNSS/IMU systems while still in school. Definitely worth applying but am not in Toronto area …
Sounds interesting, but anyone know what the pay is? Internship or not, gotta afford rent in the GTA…
Trimble’s got a great reputation in the industry. Having their name on your resume could be a real asset after graduation, especially for those wanting to get into product support for geospatial software.
The description mentions “ad hoc internal projects.” Anyone have an idea what that might entail? Is this a chance to get involved in some cutting-edge stuff, or just filing?
This seems more on the technical side than pure customer service. The part about collaborating with engineering and product management is interesting. Could be a good fit for someone with a strong CS background who wants to see how the software side connects to real-world applications.
