Job Description
The Receptionist/Clerical Officer role is responsible for providing an effective and welcoming reception service for patients, relatives, and other visitors attending the Park Centre for Breast Care. This role involves working with various databases to facilitate patient activity and manage patient flow by attending to patients and preparing paperwork for future clinics. The post holder will be part of the wider Breast Imaging and Screening Team, supporting and contributing to a caring and efficient service.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in dealing with people/patients
- Experience with multiple IT systems
Desirable Criteria:
- Administrative experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting
