About the Role
The Senior Health Care Assistant will support the Care Leaders and Deputy Manager in maintaining efficient daily operations of the Residential & Rehabilitation unit. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centered care in collaboration with a team of healthcare assistants. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care as per the care plan, ensuring best practices are followed, and contributing to the overall well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering high-quality care in accordance with care plans
  • Support the Care Leaders and Deputy Manager in daily operations
  • Lead and motivate a team of healthcare assistants
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
