About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to design innovative solutions that leverage generative AI and empower customers to make data-driven decisions. You will champion user-centered design throughout the organization and ensure that the design process, from ideation to implementation, prioritizes user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design journey for new features and enhancements, encompassing user research, wireframing, visual design, usability testing, and contributing to the design system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Manage design priorities, strategies, and deliverables in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
- Foster a culture of user-centric thinking throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for user-centered design.
- Deep understanding of the technical intricacies of generative AI and the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs.
- A portfolio showcasing meticulous attention to detail, strong visual design skills, and a user-centric design process.
- Experience working on complex enterprise systems and designing products that leverage AI or generative AI (preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
- Fluency in Figma for design and prototyping, with a fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- The ability to thrive in an Agile development environment and a commitment to high-quality work.
