The halow project is seeking compassionate and dedicated Supported Living Care Workers to join their team, offering care to adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. This vital role focuses on empowering young adults to lead independent lives by providing personalized support in their daily activities, including household chores, meal preparation, and social engagements.

Skills and Qualifications
- Professional or personal experience in care work is desirable.
- A strong commitment to helping others and the ability to adapt to different situations.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational rota pattern, including weekends and sleep-ins.
- A full driving license with access to a car is desirable.
Compensation
- Starting salary: £24,139 per annum.
- Sleep-ins paid at an additional rate of £50 per night.
- 30 days of pro-rata annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.

- Fully paid training, including the Care Certificate.
