About the Role
The Home Care Aide (HCA) will deliver personal care and support to clients with various needs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, medication administration, meal preparation, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role also involves providing companionship, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring a safe living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support according to the client’s care plan
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medication as needed
• Prepare food and beverages considering clients’ preferences and needs
• Perform light household duties
• Ensure the client’s safety and well-being
• Maintain good communication and build relationships with clients
• Support clients in maintaining contact with family and friends
• Accompany clients on community trips and assist with personal affairs

Other Details:

• A valid driving license and access to a car are required.
• This role involves traveling to clients’ homes and may require flexible working hours.
