About the Role
The Health Care Assistant/Support Worker will play a crucial role in supporting the care needs of 22 inpatients at North Cotswold Hospital. Working under the supervision of registered nurses, the assistant will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and dietary support. The role also includes taking and recording patient observations, and performing additional tasks such as venepuncture, catheter care, and ECG recording.
This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in a nursing environment or for experienced carers looking to expand their clinical knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
