Requirements
- Working towards or holding an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
- Familiarity with National Care Standards and Codes of Conduct.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Registration or willingness to register with the SSSC within the specified timeframe.
- Prior experience in care home settings is preferred but not mandatory, as mentorship is provided.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and maintaining confidentiality.

About the Role
