About the Role
The Healthcare Associate will join the Birmingham office and will be a crucial member of the Healthcare team. This role involves managing defendant clinical negligence claims, particularly for the NHS Litigation Authority and NHS Trusts. Candidates will need to demonstrate their capability to handle a caseload that includes both litigated and pre-litigated claims. A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing tasks will be essential.
Candidates will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, liaising with various stakeholders, and achieving both financial and chargeable targets. They will also engage in advocacy, manage diary dates, draft legal documents, and contribute to business development initiatives.
