Requirements:

• Engineering graduates, preferably in Electrical/Electronics
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronics repairs with a focus on motherboard micro soldering, PCB, and liquid damage repairs
• Excellent knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction
• Familiarity with testing equipment such as multi-meters
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends

About the Role
The Mobile Phone Technician will handle advanced repairs for smartphones, tablets, and laptops, utilizing expertise in motherboard micro soldering, PCB, and liquid damage repairs. This role involves diagnosing faults, enhancing repair processes with AI and machine learning, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The technician will also stay current with industry advancements and collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional service standards.

• Diagnose and repair faults in smartphones, tablets, and laptops using advanced micro soldering techniques
