Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent education
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary Details:

  • £18,500 – £19,500 per annum
  • 24 hours per week, with shifts on Monday (8am – 2pm), Friday (2pm – 8pm), and Saturday (8am – 8pm)

About the Role:
The Intensive Housing Management Worker will join A2Dominion’s Care and Support Team, working in a supported housing setting. This role involves managing the health and safety of the building, providing reactive support to clients in crisis, and addressing any issues related to tenancy. Key responsibilities include conducting Health & Safety checks, working with the support team to prevent client evictions, and offering emotional support. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct H&S checks and manage building safety
  • Collaborate with support teams to address tenancy issues
  • Report safety concerns to the Senior IHMW
  • Provide sensitive and empathetic support to clients
  • Assist in maintaining tenancy and preventing evictions
