Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Hold an active NMC Registration (PIN number).
- Demonstrate a compassionate and caring nature.
- Possess prior supervisory experience and evidence of recent clinical practice.
- Show knowledge of the NMC Code of Conduct and strong communication skills.
- Be proficient in IT systems and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Pass an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
