  • Level 3 Residential Childcare (Children and Young People) certification (required).
  • Full driving license (preferred).
  • Must be over 21 years old.

  • Base salary ranges from £28,789.44 to £30,865.44 annually.
  • Includes an average of seven sleep-in shifts per month.

About the Role

The Residential Care Worker will play a vital role in supporting children and young people within the organization’s Residential Children’s Home. The primary responsibility is to provide personalized care that promotes growth, independence, and overall well-being. This includes assisting with personal, educational, and social needs, in line with each child’s care plan.
