Requirements

About the Role
As a Security Program Manager, the role involves managing and delivering various security programs within PwC. The position requires collaboration with local IT teams, third-party vendors, and business contacts to meet project objectives. Key responsibilities include creating and monitoring schedules, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Security Program Manager will work closely with the CISO to support the development of a comprehensive program of work aimed at addressing complex business issues.

- Prioritize program goals, aligning with stakeholder needs to deliver results.
- Implement maturity frameworks to drive continuous improvement across programs.
- Act as a liaison between security and technology teams, ensuring strong communication and accountability.
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to track project milestones and communicate status updates.
- Establish a reporting framework to communicate program strategies and changes.
- Measure and enhance the effectiveness of security initiatives, establishing metrics and KPIs for success.
