Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or related fields, with at least 5 years in security, risk management, or compliance
  • Strong understanding of formal program management methodologies
  • Exceptional time management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly for various audiences

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the Role

As a Security Program Manager, the role involves managing and delivering various security programs within PwC. The position requires collaboration with local IT teams, third-party vendors, and business contacts to meet project objectives. Key responsibilities include creating and monitoring schedules, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Security Program Manager will work closely with the CISO to support the development of a comprehensive program of work aimed at addressing complex business issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive security program roadmap, defining project scopes and plans.
  • Prioritize program goals, aligning with stakeholder needs to deliver results.
  • Implement maturity frameworks to drive continuous improvement across programs.
  • Act as a liaison between security and technology teams, ensuring strong communication and accountability.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to track project milestones and communicate status updates.
  • Establish a reporting framework to communicate program strategies and changes.
  • Measure and enhance the effectiveness of security initiatives, establishing metrics and KPIs for success.
