With nearly 5,000 staff members and over 540 hospital beds, MCHFT offers a wide range of services, including accident and emergency, maternity, outpatient care, therapies, and children’s health.
As a part of the Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP), the Trust plays a crucial role in delivering community services across South Cheshire and Vale Royal. In 2020, the Trust was recognised nationally for its outstanding workforce health and wellbeing initiatives and for its Be Safe Be EquiPPEd campaign during the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the staff are valued, and the Trust understands that providing the best care for patients starts with looking after its team. The results of the 2020 NHS Staff Survey reflected this, with 92% of respondents feeling that their role made a difference to patient care.
