About the Role
The Support Services Administrator will be a vital part of the reception and administration team at Clifton House, providing essential support to the Forensic Service. The role requires delivering an efficient and professional reception service, acting as a primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and patients. Key responsibilities include managing communications, applying local security controls, and supporting the Forensic Security Advisor in line with agreed plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a courteous and efficient reception service
- Manage communications, including taking accurate messages
- Implement local security controls under guidance
- Support new system implementations positively
- Participate in the Trust’s Personal Development Plan and Performance Review process
- Offer meet-and-greet services to service users, carers, and visitors
