As a Team Manager within the Disability Focus Team, the successful candidate will lead a group of dedicated professionals working with adults with learning disabilities. This role involves overseeing critical assessments, including Community Deprivation of Liberty, Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding work. The position covers the Ivybridge, Kingsbridge, and Tavistock areas, with a flexible work environment that includes a hybrid model.
