At Primacy Care, we prioritize the well-being of our service users and our team members. We offer a starting rate of £11.50 per hour without an NVQ and £12.00 per hour with an NVQ. Additionally, you’ll receive 35 pence per mile for mileage. Our roles are based in domiciliary care, meaning you will provide care services in the comfort of our service users’ homes.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, oral care, and toileting.
- Assist with domestic duties like cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Support social activities such as shopping, running errands, and escorting to appointments.
- Administer medication and offer respite care.
- Participate in night sitting services when required.
Work Schedule:
We offer flexible shift patterns to suit your availability:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- All-Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (with breaks)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Female candidates who can drive and have access to their own vehicle.
- While previous care experience is appreciated, it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.
