Job Description

Devon County Council is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join their enthusiastic and welcoming team in Honiton. This role involves supporting children and young people to achieve personal goals, creating a fun and positive atmosphere, organizing activities, and seeking innovative methods to engage. Compensation

• Starting rate at £12.80 per hour, rising to £13.69 per hour
• Overnight rate at £17.07 per hour, rising to £18.25
• Saturday rate at £19.20 per hour, rising to £20.54
• Sunday and bank holidays rate at £25.60 per hour, rising to £27.38
• Annual salary from £24,702 to £26,421 per annum, plus enhancements (up to £4,000 per year)
