Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
  • 96 UCAS point A-level tariff or equivalent, including Physics
  • Right to live and work in the UK for the full three-year apprenticeship
  • Not currently enrolled in another funded adult learning programme
  • Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office for data handling and reporting
  • Self-motivated and willing to complete study both during and outside of work hours
  • Good manual dexterity and a sharp eye for detail
  • Understanding of healthcare science and a real desire to work in this space

Salary Details

This Band 4 apprenticeship pays between 26,530 and 29,114 GBP pro rata, depending on experience and contract hours.

About the Role

This is no ordinary apprenticeship. It’s your entryway into a field that safeguards both patients and healthcare professionals. As an Apprentice Clinical Technologist, you’ll work hands-on in radiation protection services, right from Cambridge, while earning your degree through a mix of work-based learning and university-led training.
