Requirements
- RQF Level 2 qualifications or equivalent, such as GCSE Grade C/4 and above
- Level 1 English and Maths with a plan to reach Level 2 during apprenticeship
- Previous customer-facing or public-focused experience
- Able to show initiative, stay calm under pressure, and work as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and deliver patient-centred care
Salary Details
- Band 2 salary at £24,465 per year, paid pro rata
- NHS pay scale and conditions

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily support to patients with kindness and respect
- Assist with meals, hygiene routines, and mobility where needed
- Record accurate patient data to support clinical decisions
- Respond calmly to emergencies and administer basic first aid when necessary
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, and carers
- Promote dignity, empathy, and compassionate care at every stage
