Requirements

• RQF Level 2 qualifications or equivalent, such as GCSE Grade C/4 and above
• Level 1 English and Maths with a plan to reach Level 2 during apprenticeship
• Previous customer-facing or public-focused experience
• Able to show initiative, stay calm under pressure, and work as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and deliver patient-centred care

Salary Details

• Band 2 salary at £24,465 per year, paid pro rata
• NHS pay scale and conditions
