- BPS accredited degree in Psychology with GBC eligibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and listen deeply

Salary Details
Youโll earn between ยฃ27,485 and ยฃ30,162, depending on experience, on a full-time basis under Agenda for Change Band 5. This is a fixed-term role with deep learning potential built in.
About the Role
There are two positions on offer. One sits within Whitlingham Ward, supporting women in a blended security setting. The other is with Drayton Ward, a medium secure service for men. In both roles, youโll be working closely with a ward-based psychologist and the wider Secure Services Psychology Team. Youโll support assessments, co-facilitate therapy groups, and help staff develop psychologically informed approaches. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver psychological assessments that support treatment plans and recovery
- Co-facilitate therapeutic group work focused on skill-building and reflection
- Develop behaviour support strategies that improve day-to-day ward life
- Contribute to psychological formulations used by the multidisciplinary team
- Learn about offence-specific models to support forensic insight
- Support people experiencing complex diagnoses such as psychosis or personality disorder
