Requirements
- A degree in Psychology – A first or upper second-class honours is required

About the Role
This Assistant Psychologist role sits within the CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA) team – a vital part of Somerset’s mental health services for children and young people. They’re looking for someone who can help young people access the right support as early as possible. That means supporting triage and referral processes, and ensuring every child feels seen and supported. Key Responsibilities
- Support triage and screening of incoming referrals
- Collaborate with clinicians to assess needs and match support
- Help ensure referrals are processed quickly and appropriately
