Requirements

  • Level 4 NVQ, A-Levels, BTEC, or equivalent healthcare qualification
  • Understanding of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently with guidance
  • Confident using Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed

Salary Details

The salary for this role is between £27,898 and £30,615 per year, dependent on experience.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with qualified therapists to assess, treat, and help patients make real progress. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant practitioners, and support staff. Each day brings new challenges, whether you’re visiting patients at home or supporting them in an inpatient setting. The role is ideal for someone who wants to see the direct results of their work and make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support patient rehabilitation plans that promote independence
  • Conduct assessments and deliver treatments under supervision
