Salary Details
Salary is offered at Band 4 with pay adjusted on a pro rata basis for part time hours.

This role supports the Head of Psychological Therapies and contributes to the smooth running of specialist mental health services. Key Responsibilities
โข Manage diaries and schedule meetings to keep the team running efficiently
โข Prepare agendas and documents so discussions stay focused and productive

โข Handle enquiries from staff, carers, and external partners with care
โข Support distressed service users in a calm and empathetic way
โข Work with sensitive information responsibly to protect trust
โข Coordinate HR related meetings that keep staffing matters organised

โข Keep accurate patient information updated which supports safe care
