Requirements
• Strong administrative background with confidence working independently
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office with solid skills in Word and Excel
• Clear communicator who can speak with people from different backgrounds

Salary Details
Salary is offered at Band 4 with pay adjusted on a pro rata basis for part time hours.

This role supports the Head of Psychological Therapies and contributes to the smooth running of specialist mental health services. The work stretches across communication, organisation, and problem solving where each task has a direct effect on how well teams can support service users. From gathering data to coordinating diaries, each action keeps the service moving. Key Responsibilities
• Manage diaries and schedule meetings to keep the team running efficiently
• Prepare agendas and documents so discussions stay focused and productive
• Collate key performance data that shapes service planning
• Handle enquiries from staff, carers, and external partners with care
• Support distressed service users in a calm and empathetic way
• Work with sensitive information responsibly to protect trust
• Coordinate HR related meetings that keep staffing matters organised
• Provide guidance to secretarial staff to maintain consistent standards
• Keep accurate patient information updated which supports safe care
